Full-time (Open to W2 and C2C candidates) Job Description We are seeking a talented Senior Buyer to join our team in the Electromobility segment , focusing on Electrical, Electronics, and Mechatronics components procurement . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global suppliers. Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing and supplier selection for components and systems, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and secure agreements that align with project goals. Manage supplier performance during the project and industrialization phases. Mitigate risks, monitor progress, and ensure suppliers are prepared for production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet QDCFTSR (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability, and Risk) targets.
Requirements Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management , Business Administration , or related field.
Experience :
5-7 years in purchasing or supply chain; manufacturing industry experience is a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
