JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability, and Risk Management (QDCFTSR) of suppliers within the Electronics segment.
- Ensure implementation of the segment business plan through supplier selection and performance management during production and post-production phases.
- Develop, negotiate, and implement sourcing strategies that improve supply chain performance, enhance product quality, and drive innovation.
- Lead supplier negotiations and execute agreements within the electronics commodity segment.
- Collaborate globally to develop and execute supply chain and technology strategies.
- Forecast cost evolution and manage changes to product/processes during and after production phases.
- Perform daily purchasing tasks including production order support, logistics coordination, and supplier financial flow management.
- Actively contribute to global commodity teams and cross-functional networks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of strategic purchasing experience including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationship management.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor”s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
