Draft, review, and negotiate contracts based on legal templates, incorporating necessary contract language. Lead negotiations to resolve red-line contract issues, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Manage procurement for maintenance, janitorial services, engineering services, consulting services, and cleaning crews. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations related to indirect services procurement. Collaborate closely with operations managers and engineers on capital projects, including installation and maintenance activities. Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery. 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement within manufacturing industries. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience handling red-line negotiations.
