We’re looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Technician to support purchasing operations and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, managing supplier communications, supporting inventory coordination, handling invoice and contract administration, and using ERP systems for procurement tracking.

Key Duties:

Process purchase orders and invoices Communicate with suppliers and internal teams Assist with inventory and contract coordination Maintain procurement data in ERP systems Provide general admin support to procurement team

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience At least 1 year of procurement or related admin experience Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills
