$55 – $70 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Bachelors Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Lead procurement processes, including product/service sourcing, supplier selection, and continuous evaluation of supplier performance through negotiations for existing parts and services to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct pricing and terms negotiations to ensure favorable agreements for the organization.
Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement activities.
Provide coaching and guidance to lower-level professionals, reviewing their work and fostering professional development.
Address difficult and complex problems faced in the procurement process, ing advanced knowledge and experience to find effective solutions.

Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and operational buying.
Proven expertise in direct operations procurement, including raw materials, manufacturing services, production resources, or retail products.
Negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable terms and pricing.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members. Skills
