Our client, a leader in sustainable industrial materials, is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the global procurement team supporting the Solstice Advanced Materials organization. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Lead global category management for HR and Compensation & Benefits procurement, including supplier mapping and contract management.
Develop and execute category strategies using spend analysis, benchmarking, market trends, and cost modeling.
Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing objectives and support M&A activities.
Identify and negotiate with strategic suppliers; establish preferred supplier lists and competitive rate cards.
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and ensure supplier continuity through risk assessments.
What’s Needed?
3+ years of strategic sourcing experience, including 1-2 years in indirect procurement at a multinational company.
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, including category management and contracting.
Proven negotiation skills and experience drafting contract terms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or Finance.
