Ideal candidate has proven capability to successfully lead, execute and manage sourcing category initiatives for on-going sourcing activities + Sourcing engagements are key to business initiatives for on-going operations as well as setting foundations for innovation and other new opportunities + In addition to enabling broad, long-term strategic objectives such as enhancing revenue, improving quality and/or efficiency, improving sourcing processes, affecting cost savings, advancing technological development, impacting talent management, advancing teammate capabilities, implementing new product initiatives, or other strategic priorities are objectives of this role

Education/Certification Requirements:
