Responsibilities include:
Maintaining relationships with trade partners. Interpreting drawings to determine project requirements. Managing bid requests and generating purchase orders. Compiling documentation for bids and vendors. Resolving disputes with trade partners. Identifying cost savings and quality improvements. Updating and analyzing data for leadership. Collaborating with other departments. Exploring new products with trade partners. Maintaining vendor records in BuilderTrend. Working in both office and field settings. Estimating costs accurately. Adhering to established processes.
Qualifications:
5+ years in residential homebuilding/renovation. Estimator/Purchasing Agent experience preferred. Exceptional computer skills. Strong math and analytical skills. BuilderTrend experience preferred.
