Position Summary The Sales & Procurement Specialist is a dynamic, client-facing sales role focused on developing and managing international accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in global markets, growing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring top-tier service from quote to delivery. In this hybrid role, you will also manage procurement operations, working closely with vendors to fulfill client orders accurately and compliantly. This position requires a proactive sales mindset, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain practices. Success in this role means consistently growing accounts, generating new business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow international customer accounts through outbound outreach, relationship management, and consistent follow-up. Process new customer opportunities by understanding their needs, providing timely quotes, and delivering tailored solutions. Provide white-glove service to clients, ensuring smooth and efficient communication, order fulfillment, and issue resolution. Respond to quote requests within 2 business days using approved pricing and vendor channels. Process and track purchase orders and inventory from order to delivery, ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Coordinate global outbound shipments with proper documentation, packaging, and regulatory adherence. Maintain accurate records of quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and client communications. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow customer accounts. Collaborate with internal departments (shipping, pharmacy, compliance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution. Monitor customer order trends and alert management to potential growth or risks. Comply with all company SOPs, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and
ISO 9001
2015 standards. Qualifications Sales, account management, or business development experience preferred Pharmacy technician background or healthcare-related experience a plus Strong understanding of international markets or export sales is a bonus Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Dropbox Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must pass background check and drug screening Core Competencies Sales Mindset
