Our U.S. headquarters in Raleigh, NC is expanding, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary:
The Procurement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the smooth movement of materials from our client warehouses to internal teams and authorized customers. This individual will coordinate vendormunications, manage system transactions, and assist in improving procurement-related procedures while maintaining strict adnce to safety and operational protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the arrangement, shipment, and delivery of materials to customers and internal stakeholders
Perform SAP transactions and ensure alignment with system processes
Facilitate and coordinate Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Serve as the point of contact for spare parts vendors regarding quotes, purchase orders, shipments, and scheduling
Handle operational purchasing for spare parts and manage office consumables/supply vendor accounts
Assist in the review and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to procurement
Maintain accurate records and documentation for procurement activities
Organize and manage procurement-related d inboxes
Support the Finance team with proper references for orders and shipments
Follow and promote all safety procedures andpliance protocols
Qualifications:
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related operations support role
Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferred
Stronganizational andmunication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendor relationships efficiently
Attention to detail andmitment to process improvement
Familiarity with safety procedures and documentation practices in regulated environments
