Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Procurement Specialist to joina construction client in Cary, NC. The Procurement Specialist’sprimary responsibility will be to support the client’s efforts withselection of vendors, order entry and placement, pricingcontinuity, and all other procurement needs of that project. TheProcurement Specialist provides support on product knowledge,product specification compliance, current market pricing,manufacturer options and supplier options available in the market.

Responsibilities:
Input purchase orders into the company’s operating software. Interact with vendors, including dealers, suppliers, manufacturers,and sales representatives. Source and procure materials for various projects. Handle large job material buyouts efficiently. Maintain and manage quoted job pricing records. Keep accurate records and documentation for all procurementprocesses. Assist in ensuring materials comply with projectspecifications. Offer competitive and alternative material sourcing options. Support the estimating department with future job quotepricing. Provide material support to project managers and field teams asneeded.
Requirements:
Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-5 years of experience in office administration, ideally in theconstruction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of planning and purchasing processes, including inventorymanagement and supplier negotiations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
