PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze Trends & Performance:
compile and evaluate purchasing trends and supplier KPIs to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. +
Drive Strategic Sourcing:
support sourcing initiatives with data-backed recommendations that enhance value and supplier alignment. +
Collaborate Across Teams:
partner with Procurement and Construction Operations to align purchasing strategies with project goals and optimize spend. +
Unlock Cost Efficiencies:
identify and recommend opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or timelines. + Ensure Accuracy in the
Field:
conduct community audits to validate material takeoffs and ensure procurement accuracy at the community level.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
+ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) + Related functional experience
