The Procurement Technology Specialist supports Procure to Pay technological systems in accordance with University System policies and procedures. The USNH Procurement team focuses on purchasing, sourcing, contracts management, surplus management, vendor management, and financial analysis. The Procurement team is collaborative, and the Technology Specialist will work with all functional areas and support all Procurement-specific technology systems. USNH Procurement Services has adopted Jaggaer for an eProcurement, Sourcing, and Contracts management system; ABBYY Flexicapture product for digital capture of OCR invoices; PaymentWorks for supplier onboarding and vendor management; and Workday for ERP. The Procurement Technology Specialist provides technical support for the team’s custom and IT supported business productivity tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint, DocuSign, Team Dynamix, Knowledge Base, Bookings, the Procurement , and Teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support administration of the Jaggaer suite of procurement software applications.
Support administration of the Workday Travel Management module.
Support administration of systems that closely align with Procurement activities such as FoodPro, Xlibris, Assetworks.
Provide technological support for Procurement Services initiatives. Examples of activities include tracking change requests, configure user roles and security settings, setting up vendor records, creating Jaggaer forms and configuring workflows.
Work with suppliers and Jaggaer technical teams to integrate new catalog and non-catalog vendors.
Support integration and testing of new modules and add-ons such as Contracts Manager, Contracts AI, Digital Capture, AdobeSign, Travel Management, Inbound/Outbound Shipping module, Internal Service Delivery and other enhancements.
Support integrations required for P2P such as those between PaymentWorks, Workday and Jaggaer.
Support both internal Procurement Services/Accounts Payable colleagues as well as campus users on best practices, and ad hoc inquiries.
Work collaboratively to develop and maintain training materials such as How To videos and user guides.
Keep current with technology innovations and services and recommend process and technology improvements to better serve USNH clients and partners.
Requirements

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

BS or BA from an accredited university required.
Experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategic business partners
Experience working with more than one workstream simultaneously, as well as collaborating with others on the successful implementation of a key project, initiative, rollout, etc.
Experience with Source-to-Pay systems such as Jaggar, Banner, Workday, PaymentWorks or alternatives that provide similar features and functionality.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent judgement and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while working collaboratively in a team environment with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work efficiently in the Microsoft Productivity Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within a procurement team in a complex environment.
Experience supporting multiple business systems and interacting with a range of end users at multiple levels.
Experience configuring and testing procurement systems.
Experience documenting business processes and designing system processes to align to business requirements.
