The base salary for this position typically ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Position Summary:

The Tool Crib Leader is responsible for managing the receiving, issuing and maintaining the accuracy of all Stores inventory. The Tool Crib Leader will assist/work with various departments to ensure all requirements are met. In addition, this position will have a working knowledge of production, safety and quality aspects of the Stores area. The Tool Crib Leader will work with the MRO Buyer, Purchasing Coordinator and Purchasing Manager, by assisting in all directives. By your key position in our company, you will support our environmental and social initiatives to drive progress against our corporate social responsibility and B Corp certification. Lead and direct tool crib attendants Able to maintain a positive contribution towards quality, customer satisfaction and company profitability. Work on projects, reports and contribute various studies as required. Create Purchasing Requisitions. Assists MRO Buyer and Purchasing Coordinators in keeping stock within minimum and maximum requirements. Monitor back order report and min/max levels to ensure appropriate amount of inventory availability. Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory. Ensure the organization and accuracy of the maintenance shop Plan and coordinate work order requests for maintenance techs Assist Maintenance Mgr., with enduring equipment reliability and decreasing downtime Tracks equipment failures and downtime daily Manage Cycle counts as per schedule to ensure inventory accuracy. Responsible for notifying MRO Buyer or Purchasing Coordinators of shortages and issues with products. Maintain MRO items in the CMS System. Responsible for proper storage of materials in bins or racks according to size and part number. Responsible for proper labeling of Store items, bins, racks and other storage locations within Store. . Receives parts into CMS/Store, verifying contents against purchase order and issue notification of receipt. Manage the receiving and shipment of UPS items and emailing requisitioner of UPS package receipt. Expedite operations to meet unforeseen conditions. Manage the Tool Crib to 5S, wearing of PPE, safety and housekeeping practices. Promote and facilitate Open Door process, effective communication and Fair Treatment. Participate in Continuous Improvement activities. Adhere to customer requirements, Quality Operating System (QOS) and company policies. Adhere to and support the Environmental Management System per

ISO-14001

requirements and Federal Regulations Minimum Qualifications 2 Year Associate Degree or Electrical/Mechanical Certification Five years related experience in procurement or materials management preferred Desired Qualifications Excellent computer skills to include thorough knowledge of a MRP system (CMS preferred) Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, etc) Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Good mathematical, analytical and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization A proven track record of results with a bias for action A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
