Job Description
Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for maintaining proper drug inventory and supplies for the Pharmacy Department. It requires handling all requisitions of Montefiore’s Pharmacy Areas. Creates and follows up on all purchase orders and goods receipts from vendors on Montefiore’s procurement systems.
Education and Requirements:
Must have an Associate degree.
Two years of related work experience. Purchasing experience with pharmaceutical knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Typing and PC experience with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs. Excellent organizational skills.
