Procurement Analyst (Hybrid Position) Alerion Healthcare Bronx, NY 10467 • Hybrid work Procurement Analyst (Temp-to-Hire) – Hybrid | $35/hr | Bronx, NY $35/hour | Full-Time | 3 Days Remote | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Why Join Us? Competitive pay at $35/hour Hybrid schedule: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite in the Bronx Medical and a 401(k) with company match Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential Work that makes a meaningful impact in the community What You’ll Do Procurement Operations Support internal teams by processing supply and service requests Review, edit, and process purchase orders in Workday ERP system Maintain accurate records and ensure vendor compliance Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and expedite orders Assist with procurement projects including renovations and grants Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyze vendor spending and budget variances Assist with invoice reconciliation and financial audits Support the preparation and accuracy of 1099 filings Work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams on ad hoc tasks What We’re Looking For College degree required Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, facilities, or general office work (healthcare experience is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP systems such as Workday or Oracle preferred Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently as well as on a team Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Apply Now If you’re looking for a role where your skills are valued and you can grow within a mission-driven organization, we want to hear from you.
