Procurement Specialist A dynamic and mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalProcurement Analystto support its purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Key Responsibilities Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance. Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies. Assist in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of goods and services. Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on procurement metrics and KPIs. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical sourcing standards. Support the implementation of procurement systems and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis (healthcare experience preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and procurement software (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
