- Process and update Sales Orders and Invoicing
- Maintain customer accounts
- Perform monthly AIA Billing
- Assist team of 6 Project Managers
- Purchase Order support
- Other duties as assigned Customer Service Functions
- Handle phone inquiries from customers and vendors
- File paperwork; Knowledge of department and other company filing systems
- Create materials for desk manual on an on-going basis.
- Other duties as assigned Requirements
- Self-starter with a high attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially Excel
- ERP and CRM a plus
- HS diploma and 2-5 years relevant experience Other Skills/Abilities
- Team player
- Good attendance record Physical Requirements
- Normal office environment
