Job Description Title Analyst, Finished Good Procurement Reports to Senior Manager, Finished Good Procurement Overview The Capacity, Production Planning & Procurement Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager of Finished Goods Procurement and the broader supply chain function in relation to procurement of all categories of Finished Goods. This entry-level position offers direct exposure to cross-functional operations, reporting, and supplier management, while contributing to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Support the Senior Manager of Finished Goods Procurement by preparing data summaries, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities to inform decision-making. Develop and maintain reporting tools to support established Procurement and Manufacturing Operations strategies. Attend cross-functional supply chain meetings (e.g., demand planning, logistics) to: Observe and take detailed notes Collect and organize relevant data before and after meetings Ensure timely follow-up on action items Provide analytical support through data collection, validation, and reporting. Create dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and buyers, using Sigma and Excel to enable high-level supplier management. Maintain accurate and consistent data to support buyers and internal stakeholders in making informed operational decisions. Enhance existing reporting standards and respond to the growing demand for strategic insights. Perform vendor management evaluations, including: Capacity reporting New product introduction risk analysis Non-deliverable reporting Build strong working relationships across internal departments, including Product Development, Procurement, Information Technology and Demand Planning. Support additional procurement-related initiatives as needed. Demonstrate reliability and initiative through strong work habits, skill development, and a commitment to team success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal) with the ability to summarize complex data clearly. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially: Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data visualization) PowerPoint (professional presentation creation) Word (report writing and documentation) Business Objects or similar reporting/BI tools Experience with Sigma or similar data analysis/reporting platforms is a plus. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation and curiosity for continuous improvement. Education 4 year degree, 1-3 years experience Location New York, NY- Hybrid Travel No travel required.

Estimate Pay Rate:

$28-$30/hour Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
