PRODUCTION AND SOURCING COORDINATOR
– Hybrid
A leading Fashion Company in NYC is seeking a Sourcing/Production Coordinator to join their team. Understanding women’s sportwear and denim is a plus. We are a well-known brand and are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, detailed oriented, and has strategic thinking skills. This position offers tremendous growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with overseas factories regarding production details for all confirmed orders.
Send inquiry packages to overseas manufacturers or agents for price and delivery quotation.
Coordinate the production process with overseas factories.
Work on inquiry packages sent overseas for price and delivery.
Work with designer overseeing fit approvals, trim, and color approval adhering to company guidelines and quality assurance
Communicate with product managers for order delivery details
Track status of production through T&A reports
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion
5 plus years in production
Women’s sportwear and denim is a plus
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
Garment Construction
Salary:
$75,000 +
