We believe that every client—whether they’re buying for personal use, investment, or both—deserves access to market-driven insights, customized financial modeling, and clear legal guidance. These tools shouldn’t be reserved for the ultra-wealthy or limited to institutional investors. Our mission is to level the playing field, providing the strategic clarity and professional support our clients need to invest in real estate with confidence. We provide our clients with the same level of analysis and services they would receive from a financial advisor if they were investing in the public markets—applied to every real estate transaction. Clear Sky Group is affiliated with Oxford Property Group, one of the largest real estate brokerages in New York City. We’re seeking a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and a sharp analytical mindset. The ideal candidate is an ambitious individual who enjoys problem solving, can focus on details without losing sight of the big picture, and excels in a fast-paced work environment. As the Inventory Sourcing Analyst, you will play a key role in the execution of the company’s business, serving in a multidisciplinary capacity that bridges real estate, finance, and legal structures. The role includes a mix of desk and field work, with new challenges and opportunities as the analyst builds expertise and knowledge. Key responsibilities include identifying and underwriting potential real estate opportunities across different asset classes, preparing comparable reports and detailed financial models for rentals and sales, monitoring market conditions, and maintaining a perpetually growing database of deals and assets, with a mixture of desk and field work. You will receive specialized training in an independent but supportive environment to evaluate properties using our proprietary metrics, cherry-pick investment opportunities, and will collaborate closely with the sales team.
Skills Required:
- Prior full-time office work experience in financial analytics, data processing, analytical sciences, market research, investment banking, private equity, fund/asset management, investment sales, real estate finance, commercial real estate, new development sales, underwriting, or other related analytical, real estate or investment focused fields.

- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with brokers and sales agents
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
- Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and balance competing priorities
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and tools
- BS or BA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or similar business or analytical field preferred but not required
- Any knowledge or experience you have in the real estate sector is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential real estate investment opportunities according to our proprietary metrics
- Conduct thorough underwriting and due diligence on potential real estate opportunities across different asset classes (coops, condos, new development, multi-family etc.) including in-person tours of potential properties
- Collaborate with the sales team and outside real estate agents to identify and screen inventory
- Assess risks associated and evaluate investments according to our comprehensive metrics
- Collect and analyze data related to market trends, property values and comparable pricing reports
- Prepare detailed financial models for investment assets
- Organizing and maintaining a perpetually growing database of deals and assets
- Ability to analyze data and present key findings both verbally and in written form
