Posted 06/11/2025 Supervises all purchasing and inventory control activities for all pharmaceuticals purchased for Crouse Hospital and non-drug supplies purchased for the pharmacy department.
education/certification/licensure:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
National certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.
Licensed and registration from NYS as a Registered Pharmacy Technician.
experience:
Required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmacy with some purchasing, receiving, or inventory control related activities or similar experience special skills/equipment: Proficient use of computers, internet, and spreadsheets. Written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with other health care professionals and hospital employees.
Working knowledge of MS Outlook
Possesses knowledge of pharmacy information systems including but not limited to electronic drug dispensing technology
