8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Engineering, Construction, Mechanical, and other CapEx Services categories. Conduct RFPs/RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract development for service agreements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand service needs and translate them into sourcing requirements. Utilize e-sourcing and optimization tools to identify and evaluate award scenarios that minimize total cost of ownership (TCO). Review and approve requisitions based on contract compliance. Coordinate sustainability objectives in partnership with the corporate Sustainability team. Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain sourcing roadmaps and long-term plans. Monitor supplier markets, trends, pricing, and innovations across assigned service categories. Support contract lifecycle activities including SLAs, addenda, compliance tracking, and amendments. Engage in continuous improvement and process optimization for sourcing practices. Perform market research and cost modeling for service categories. Generate inflation/deflation forecasts and perform post-implementation variance analysis. Analyze total cost of ownership, including supplier pricing, quality, delivery, and service levels. Support decision-making through benchmark data and scenario analysis. Lead the development and administration of service contracts, ensuring terms support compliance and performance goals. Work with Contract Management and Legal to ensure proper documentation and governance. Support supplier performance programs including scorecards, business reviews, and improvement plans. Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract pricing and supplier performance. Support sourcing events and strategic initiatives across CapEx services. Facilitate annual or bi-annual supplier business reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sourcing excellence and support operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Bachelor s or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in procurement with a focus on services sourcing. Demonstrated ability to develop, negotiate, and manage complex service agreements (e.g., engineering, construction, mechanical). Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement best practices and tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Think Cell). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling reports and presentations. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and use data for decision-making. Preferred 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Industry certifications such as

CPSM, CPM, CSCP

. Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and contract management tools. Experience working on capital services projects or large-scale infrastructure sourcing. Familiarity with compliance, sustainability, and supplier diversity initiatives.
