None At Deep Well Services, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Procurement Coordinator to support our supply chain operations. In this critical role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate purchase order entry into Salesforce, help coordinate shipments, and support vendor compliance across departments. Key Responsibilities Enter all purchase order data into Salesforce (excluding third-party rentals) as directed by the Procurement Specialist Ensure all entries meet internal standards and comply with API Q2 requirements Maintain proper storage and documentation of AQI Q2 vendor requirements Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including proper item placement and truck loading/unloading Handle recurring inventory purchases and ensure accurate entry into Salesforce Review and analyze work orders to identify patterns or signs of misuse or theft Manage all procurement needs for maintenance and shop areas, focusing on vendor compliance and cost-effectiveness Verify pricing accuracy between quotes and invoices Ensure all purchases are made through DWS-approved vendors Assist with special projects and tasks as directed by the Procurement Specialist Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience At least 1 year in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control Must Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities Comfort working under occasional pressure and tight deadlines What Sets You Apart A strong sense of accountability and dependability Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Ethical, trustworthy, and committed to professional standards Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills A collaborative team player who values shared success
