Bachelors Responsibilities What You’ll Do:

Manage a pipeline of low to medium complexity sourcing engagements, with opportunities to support high-value projects. Partner with Category Leads to develop sourcing strategies, oversee competitive bidding, and ensure supplier alignment with business needs. Guide internal teams through contract negotiations and procurement best practices. Work cross-functionally with Vendor Management, Supplier Management, and Risk teams to optimize procurement processes. Drive continuous improvement in procurement operations and participate in key process enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

2-5 years of procurement experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. strong Microsoft Office and Oracle experience. Detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in contract negotiation.
