We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SourcingSpecialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, youwill support our sourcing efforts by identifying and engagingpotential candidates for various positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively source candidatesthrough job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platformsReview resumes, and conduct initial outreach to potentialcandidates via email, phone, etc. Actively engage with prospectivetalent and keep organized reference documentation on ad hoc andperpetual talent needs. Assist in the development andimplementation of sourcing strategies to identify top talent foropen positions. Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintainand update candidate profiles and documentation. Engage withpassive candidates through personalized outreach; fostering andmaintaining relationships. Collaborate with recruiters tounderstand the specific hiring needs and requirements for variousroles. Provide insights to alternative skillsets in appropriatecases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, talentacquisition best practices, and competitive intelligence. Providetalent insights utilizing market data.

Qualifications:

At least 1year experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a customer servicerole is required Strong communication skills, both written andverbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and teammembers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Abilityto prioritize multiple ad hoc requests and meet deliverabletimelines. Experience with recruiting talent platforms andprofessional networking tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, etc.)Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strongproblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sourcingchallenges. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and awillingness to learn and grow within the Talent Acquisition field.

The pay range for the role is $60,000 to $90,000. The specificoffer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
