Job Description

Role Summary Urban Outfitters is looking for a Temporary Sourcing Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support for the UO Sourcing department. Role Responsibilities Physical tracking of samples for the department inclusive of salesman, photoshoot, catalog & proto samples. Daily communication with global vendors on sample due dates. Physical tracking of wash / trim / fit and color submits. Build and distribute TNA templates sent to vendor to add to buy rolls with lead times/ due dates. Data entry and PO management support in Tradestone inclusive of Raw Material and BOM management. Support Sr. Coordinators with weekly reporting for publish. Enforce published calendar dates with vendor for on time sample shipping. Communicate with Design & Buying on sample distribution. Weekly invoice management. Role Qualifications Ability to assess and improve operational efficiencies. Works with a high sense of urgency and integrity, easily and quickly adapts to change, and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Skills required. Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks. manage time effectively. Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners. Exhibit a strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
