What We Do:

Schedule:

7:30am- 4:30pm

Monday-Friday Pay:

$22-$24/hour

The Big Task :

You will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and receiving equipment, materials, and parts for our field technicians.

Key Sub Tasks:

Ensure inventory records are always accurate Maintain a computerized purchase order system Assist in product and material research for technicians. Manage relationships with all vendors to ensure excellent service Maintain an accurate physical inventory Manage the truck stocking/bin layout mapping Ensure POs match invoices for reconciliation Verifying warranty information

Desired Skills and Experience:

You should have experience in supply chain functional, operations/inventory management Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical industry experience (preferred) General accounting concept knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Self-starter/resourceful – able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion Experience with inventory management software Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with service/install teams, finance teams, and upper management Ability to use financial metrics to accurately read and diagnose business performance. The ability to use all levers to maximize key performance metric outputs Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving A self-motivated leader who is accountable for one’s work Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data High degree of action orientation
