This role is a key individual contributor position responsible for ensuring that all technicians are fully equipped with the tools and materials they need to complete their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Order and manage the inventory of tools, equipment, and materials Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure warehouse organization Serve as the main point of contact for all supply and tool-related needs Ensure all technicians are equipped with the necessary tools and supplies for each job Track usage trends to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages or overstock Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement Collaborate with operations and field teams to support daily business functions Conduct periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity
Qualifications:
Previous experience in purchasing, inventory management, or warehouse coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in inventory software or related systems is a plus Self-motivated and able to work independently Electrical and/or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
