Become a vital member of our team as a Purchasing + Receiving Clerk, responsible for receiving and coordinating all hotel products. The Receiving Clerk ensures that all hotel product specifications are not only met but exceeded.

Purchasing System Administration:

Ensure Craftable (purchasing system) is accurate and up to date for all departments with inventory/operational supply items, team hierarchies, and all other pertinent information and that all changes/additions are done accurately and timely.

Shipping & Receiving Support:

Provide support when needed for shipping and receiving functions – i.e. Amazon deliveries, transporting items to property from central receiving area

Way Match Process:

Assist in creating and support the process for three-way match in Craftable and other systems – connecting purchase orders, receipt of items, and working with AP for invoices

General Property Support:

Assist Purchasing, AP, Finance, and Operational teams when needed for questions and collaboration with Craftable, purchasing, and receiving

Pay Rate:

$20 / hour

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Adaptability and proficiency in computer work; experience with Craftable is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
