Pay Range:

$20/ hr to $23/ hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Proactive with the ability to take independent action and initiative in assigned areas.
Analytical mindset with logical understanding of database management.
Familiarity with a wide variety of policies, practices, and procedures in purchasing and accounting.
Experience working with ERP systems.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between plant buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Manage item identification, material pricing, and blanket purchase agreements.
Systematically update and maintain material pricing data.
Create and submit productivity reports on a regular basis.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with suppliers, category managers, plant buyers, managers, and other internal stakeholders.
Serve as the main point of contact for price management processes.
Assist in the development, implementation, and enhancement of process controls.
Previous involvement in corporate social responsibility programs or employee engagement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

High attention to detail and accuracy, with proven experience in managing high-volume data tracking and entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; advanced Excel skills are a plus. Professional business acumen with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Analyze data and information to determine appropriate actions in line with established policies and procedures.
Drive compliance by persuading internal customers to adhere to standardized practices.
Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and accuracy, including:
Participate in cross-functional collaboration and train global counterparts, including team members in Asia.
