Pay Range:

Familiarity with a wide variety of policies, practices, and procedures in purchasing and accounting.
Experience working with ERP systems.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between plant buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Manage item identification, material pricing, and blanket purchase agreements.
Systematically update and maintain material pricing data.
Create and submit productivity reports on a regular basis.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with suppliers, category managers, plant buyers, managers, and other internal stakeholders.
Serve as the main point of contact for price management processes.
Assist in the development, implementation, and enhancement of process controls.
Previous involvement in corporate social responsibility programs or employee engagement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; advanced Excel skills are a plus. Professional business acumen with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Analyze data and information to determine appropriate actions in line with established policies and procedures.
Drive compliance by persuading internal customers to adhere to standardized practices.
Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and accuracy, including:
Participate in cross-functional collaboration and train global counterparts, including team members in Asia.
