This role involves negotiating agreements that provide measurable value to the organization through improved cost, quality, and supplier performance. Key Responsibilities Obtain and evaluate quotes from qualified vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service in support of production plans Plan and negotiate long-term supplier contracts to support business objectives Lead supply chain initiatives, including supplier evaluation and selection Drive supplier performance improvements related to cost, quality, and delivery Oversee logistics and ensure timely shipment of products with all required documentation Required Skills and Attributes Strong attention to detail and highly organized work approach Objective, open to feedback, and capable of evaluating different perspectives Effective in team environments and skilled at fostering collaboration Committed to shared goals with a proactive, solution-focused mindset Flexible and able to work overtime or weekends when needed Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and prior driving experience required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship Ability to pass background checks or obtain a security clearance if required Application Process Resumes will be reviewed thoroughly, and only candidates who meet our hiring criteria will be contacted.
