Antioch, TN 37013 Job Summary The Purchasing Coordinator is the go-to person for all day-to-day purchasing needs. Duties will include creating purchase orders, completing receiving documentation, tracking & status reporting, and working with internal stakeholders to drive improvements to the purchasing process. Above all else we are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Format and submit RFQ based on the project bill of material. Create and execute purchase orders. Reconcile packing list to verify receipt, focusing on completeness and quality. Develop shipment tracker to keep team up to date on all inbound packages. Candidate Requirements
