Job Description
Overview Primarily responsible for sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services to support manufacturing and sales. Responsibilities Scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of delivery of materials to support production and customer needs. Load Source list, Material master, and Vendor price information into SAP. Negotiate with new or prospective suppliers to achieve the lowest procurement cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need. Evaluate and convert requisitions into purchase orders to ensure adequate support for production while minimizing inventory and approve purchase orders within parameters. Monitor and follow-up with suppliers to ensure ISO and other government compliance regulations required by customers. Analyze, adjust, and maintain proper inventory level to support production. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or other related degree Minimum of four years of experience in Purchasing. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are required. SAP experience is preferred.

Compensation for this position The compensation range for this role is $42,694
- $80,000.
The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
