General Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust trade base Distribute and track bid packages Analyze subcontractor proposals/bids Assist Purchasing Director, as needed Review plans for discrepancies and help identify solutions prior to construction Assist with projected direct cost reporting for future communities Recommend price changes to management to achieve margins Ensure product specification change requests are processed Negotiate to receive best pricing Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
