The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, negotiate contracts, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, services, and promotions. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Experience Proven experience in Logistics/Sales or account management is preferred but willing to train to right candidate. Strong background in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to drive strategic decisions. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. Leadership experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to guide teams towards achieving common goals. Good phone skills and cold calling a plus.
