Shipping/Receiving clerk & Delivery Driver Mastercraft Tool and Machine Company Southington, CT 06489
About Us:
Mastercraft Tool & Machine Co., is a small, family-owned business specializing in metal stamping. We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Delivery Driver for our van and box truck.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments accurately and securely Load and unload delivery vehicles, utilizing equipment like liftgates, pallet jacks, and forklifts for safe and efficient loading and unloading Deburring, cleaning parts to requirements Maintain upkeep of the deburring/cleaning area Material handling and moving parts to and from their appropriate locations Secure pallets and cargo to prevent damage during transport Safely and efficiently operate a cargo van and box truck Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner Able to get in and out of van/truck and walk up/downstairs Report any issues noticed with the company vehicles Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization when not driving Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required) Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs., and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or delivery is a plus

$18.00 – $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
