Air Freight Coordinator Air Freight Coordinator Job Requirements:

• General understanding of bonded procedures, 7512, ISF, warehouse entry, consumption entry
• Track and trace shipments
• Process quote requests
• Arrange payment to vendors, carriers, airlines, etc.
• Arrange customs formalities
• Arrange pickup and delivery to final consignee Maintain communication with customers and build good relationships between agents, overseas partners, customers, vendors, etc.

Air Freight Coordinator Qualifications:

• Knowledge in air and ocean import general processes
• General understanding of bonded procedures, 7512, ISF, warehouse entry, consumption entry
• Works well in group / team setting
• Can work under pressure and understand how to work in order of priority
• Foreign Trade Zone knowledge a plus
