Full Job Description Air Freight Import Coordinator Job Requirements:
- General understanding of bonded procedures, 7512, ISF, warehouse entry, consumption entry
- Working with air and ocean imports
- Track and trace shipments
- Process quote requests
- Arrange payment to vendors, carriers, airlines, etc.
- Arrange customs formalities
- Arrange pickup and delivery to final consignee Maintain communication with customers and build good relationships between agents, overseas partners, customers, vendors, etc.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in air and ocean import general processes
- General understanding of bonded procedures, 7512, ISF, warehouse entry, consumption entry
- Works well in group / team setting
- Can work under pressure and understand how to work in order of priority
- Foreign Trade Zone knowledge a plus
- 1 year of or more experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details and organization
