IMPORT COORDINATOR

Our client is seeking an organized and detail oriented, Ocean Import Coordinator to mange the seamless flow of good through international waters. If you thrive in a fast -paced environment and have a passion for logistics this is the opportunity for you. to be part of a leading company delivering excellence!
Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Follow up shipments with steam shipping lines and coloaders and trucking companies
Send arrival notices to the broker
Coordinate transportation for container and loose cargo
Make appointments to deliver freight
Create shipments on Cargowise
Bill the shipments on Cargowise
prepare delivery orders
Manage in bond shipment, transmit 7512 (IT T&E, IE)
Keep close communication with agents, customer

CARGOWISE SYSTEM

a big plus
Spanish is a plus
3 years of experience working on a freight forwarder
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 – $26.00 Per Hour
