  work hours: 8 AM
• 5 PM
  education: Associate Responsibilities Prepare Shipping quotes, taking bookings and dealing with general customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner, in line with our company SLA’s Source
  Plan and monitor consignments, assessing any risk to targeted deadlines, and provide alternative transport solutions as a contingency option
  Liaise with Service Providers and other 3rd party logistics suppliers in order to negotiate best possible rates and service
  Obtain, check and prepare documentation to meet customs and packing specifications, and compliance with other countries’ regulations and fiscal regimes
  Maintain communication and control through all phases of the journey, escalating to Seniors where appropriate
  Develop and maintain relationships with current and new customers
  Undertake any other duties as may be required by Management commensurate with the responsibilities of the job or the requirements of the business Skills Freight Forwarding (4 years of experience is required)
  Billing (1 year of experience is required)
  Rate Quotes (3 years of experience is required)
  ERP (3 years of experience is required)
  Shipment Tracking (4 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 4 years
