QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations or Sales or CSR preferred but not required Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs, and warehouse/transportation coordination Bilingual in Korean and English preferred High school GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments
