Full Job Description Job Summary:

Webtrans Logistics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Operations Coordinator to join our international logistics team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all aspects of ocean and/or air export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, compliance with international regulations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate full-cycle export shipments, including booking cargo, preparing documentation, and arranging transportation. Communicate with carriers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth handling of export shipments. Prepare and review export documentation (e.g., HBL, MBL, AES filing, commercial invoice, packing list). Track and trace shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues. Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export regulations (e.g., EAR, FMC, AES). Maintain accurate records in the TMS or freight forwarding software system. Provide excellent service to clients and keep them informed of shipment status. Assist with billing and invoicing related to export transactions. Continuously look for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in export operations within a freight forwarding company. Knowledge of ocean freight documentation and procedures (air freight experience is a plus). Familiarity with U.S. export regulations and customs procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Opus or similar logistics software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Korean) is required. Experience handling shipments to/from Asia or other international markets. 근무 형태: 정규직 급여: $60,000.00
