MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES

File pre-coded documents in chronological file. Operate office equipment Typical duties include: assisting in a variety of administrative matters. Maintain a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically). Verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness Compile information. Maintain and review accuracy of reports prior to submission

WORKING ENVIROMENT

Office and outside work required by mission requirements. Nights, Weekend, Overtime and travel may be required by mission requirements. Exposure to weather conditions such as rain, wind, extreme heat and cold.

SKILLS:

Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to prioritize and multi-task under short deadlines. Effective organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact at all levels with strong written and verbal communication. Possess high ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, such as face mask, safety shoes, hand and eye wear. Must be able to operate in a prolonged sitting or sitting environment. Must be able to walk on uneven ground and within various sites at times in the performance of duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver’s License with no restrictions. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a birth certificate or a U.S. Passport. Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Bragg Installation. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

EXPERIENCE

Ability to work independently or in a team-base, high collaborative environment. Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact at all levels. Ability to work independently or in a team-based, highly collaborative environment. Defense Transportation Regulation covering Cargo movement, preferred. Transportation Cargo, preferred.
