Ocean Import Coordinator Hunter USA Ltd Durham, NC 27560
Ocean Import Coordinator:
This candidate would join the Import operations team. Our ideal candidate would have a freight forwarding background, be self-motivated, reliable, have a strong job integrity, and willing to participate effectively as part of the import team.
Responsibilities include:
Handling and processing Ocean Import shipments from CFS/ CY to delivery point: port or customer’s door. Open files, enter shipment information, complete billing and close files. Handle shipments containing Dangerous goods as well as batteries. Communicate with customers, overseas offices, steamship lines, co-loaders and trucking companies.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Good attitude Experience in ocean import preferable Minimum two years of experience in International Freight Forwarding Cargowise experience Associates Degree In office training
