Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule shipments for optimal efficiency
Communicate with carriers and drivers to ensure on-time deliveries
Monitor freight movement and address any delays or issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
Position Essential Job Functions:
At least 7 years of experience in logistics
5 years of experience in brokerage
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
