SALES DEVELOPMENT INTERN

1:1 mentorship
Weekly intern-specific enrichment opportunities including Field Trips.
Hands-on experience in Sales, Transportation, and Logistics Day-to-day you will be working on: Researching new leads, uncovering new opportunities, and working with prospective customers to utilize TMC’s world class logistics offerings.
Leveraging outbound sales prospects thru outreach via phone and email communications.
Collaborating with our internal teams to craft and propose best in class brokerage solutions.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals guided by a strong mentorship program
Using Salesforce and other sales tools, building prospect lists, and sharing results with the sales and leadership teams.
Learn in-depth knowledge of TMC’S platform, industry trends, and competition.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications you

NEED:

Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation as this is an ON-SITE position (no remote work currently available)
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status Credentials to help you

STAND OUT

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, or in a related field.
Prior work experience in Sales, Leadership, or Customer Service.
Graduation year is December 2025 – May 2026 All TMC’s internships are educationally based where you will have the opportunity to see multiple aspects of the business and make a difference to the company.
You will be doing real work each day and learn values associated with sustainable business built on good ethics and great customer service.
