Full Job Description Job Description Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst based in Miami, FL to support strategic initiatives and lead special projects for the Office of the CEO (OCEO at Citadel Securities). The ideal candidate has proven ability to manage a varied workload in a dynamic environment, has outstanding business judgement and time management skills, and has adaptability/willingness to do whatever is needed (e.g., play up or “down” a role) to achieve success. The Business Analyst will join the OCEO team, reporting to the Head of the CEO’s Office, and will work with senior stakeholders across Citadel Securities as part of regular duties. The Office of the CEO partners with Business Heads, Function Heads and external parties to facilitate initiatives that drive the CEO’s efficacy and efficiency. The team has a unique vantage point that spans across the firm.

Miami Responsibilities:
Supporting the Head of the CEO’s Office in executing strategic initiatives [e.g. collaborating with senior stakeholders, preparing meeting materials, executing action items] Managing calendar of internal meetings and external events for the CEO, including triaging priorities, providing recommendations on attendance and coordinating execution Leading the design and execution of CEO-hosted professional events Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of the OCEO, including rearchitecting existing processes and/or designing net-new processes
Qualifications:
