Full-Time / Part-Time We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to manage our online Shopify store and help our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and also help manage the day-to-day tasks of running our store.
Responsibilities:
Reply to customer messages, emails, and questions politely and quickly
Help customers with their orders, returns, and product questions
Keep the Shopify store updated with products, descriptions, and photos
Check for order issues and fix problems quickly
Work with the team to improve customer experience
Report any major issues to the manager

Good English writing and communication skills
Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude
Able to work independently and manage time well
