Direct Hire A dynamic and rapidly growingpany in the personal injury industry, providing specialized services with a focus on workers’pensation seeking a seasoned CEO to help lead expansion and foster team growth while driving business results. The team of 160 employees is diverse and passionate, expanding into new regions, including Tennessee and Alabama. Role Overview:
Lead and manage the overall growth strategy for thepany, focusing on sales, financial performance, and team-building.
Work closely with the C-suite, office managers, and other key leaders to ensure a cohesive and effective leadership team.
Drive private equity initiatives and market positioning as thepany prepares to go public.
Oversee financial projections and strategic planning with a focus onpany growth and profitability, with projections extending to 2029.
Build and expand high-performing teams, particularly focusing on filling VP and Director roles in Charlotte and Raleigh.
Cultivate a strongpany culture and enhance employee engagement, especially within a younger workforce.
Ideal Candidate:
Seasoned executive with experience in leadership roles, particularly within fundingpanies or similar industries.
Previous experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role with a focus on business growth, sales, and team-building.
Background in personal injury, workers’pensation, or healthcare is highly desirable but not required.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing projections, growth, and sales.
Strong people skills and the ability to relate to and engage with a diverse, younger workforce.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leading teams through growth and change.

160 employees across multiple states: Gia (9), North Carolina (4), South Carolina (1), with expansion into Tennessee and Alabama.
Surgery center in Roswell, GA.
Thepany is expanding, and leadership roles such as VPs and Directors are a key focus for growth.

Commission Potential:
Up to $160,000, based on performance and meeting benchmarks
